DXN Holdings Bhd, based in Malaysia, is seeking an Accounting/Finance Senior Executive to manage group consolidation and financial reporting for the Alor Setar, Kedah based team. Under its massive expansion programme, we are currently looking for a diligent and experienced Accounting/Finance Senior Executive with the opportunity to develop a professional future career growth within the group to be based at Alor Setar, Kedah.
Responsibilities:
Analyse financial information and reports submitted by subsidiaries, including review of current and historical trends in key performance indicators.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidated financial statements and supporting schedules.
Compile financial reports including annual reports, quarterly announcements, and other ad hoc reports for management decision-making.
Liaise with various business units on finance-related matters to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
Support continuous improvement of consolidation processes and reporting efficiency.
Requirements:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is an added advantage.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in group consolidation or financial reporting.
Good knowledge of accounting standards (e.g., IFRS/MFRS) and financial reporting requirements.
Good understanding of income tax and deferred tax, including tax computations and recognition of deferred tax assets and liabilities.
Hands-on experience in reviewing financial data and resolving reporting issues with subsidiaries.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
