Job summary

DXN Holdings Bhd, based in Malaysia, is seeking an Accounting/Finance Senior Executive to manage group consolidation and financial reporting for the Alor Setar, Kedah based team. You will analyse financial information from subsidiaries, prepare consolidated statements, and compile reports for decision-making.

The role requires a degree in accounting or finance, with ACCA/CPA as an advantage, and 3–5 years of relevant consolidation experience.

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.
ACCA/CPA qualification is an added advantage.
3–5 years of relevant experience in group consolidation or financial reporting.
Strong knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/MFRS) and financial reporting requirements.
Good understanding of income tax and deferred tax, including tax computations.
Hands-on experience in reviewing financial data and resolving reporting issues with subsidiaries.
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Analyse financial information and reports from subsidiaries, including trends in KPIs.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidated financial statements and schedules.
Compile financial reports including annual reports and quarterly announcements for management decision-making.
Liaise with business units on finance-related matters to ensure accurate reporting.
Support continuous improvement of consolidation processes and reporting efficiency.
