Job summary

Anverson Drinkware Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking an Account Executive to manage a full set of accounts and generate timely, relevant financial reports. You will prepare monthly statements, perform reconciliations, assist auditors, manage AR/AP, monitor collections, and maintain audit-ready records while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; a Diploma or Bachelor's in Accounting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and generate timely financial reports.
• Prepare monthly accounting reports, including cash flow statements and variance analysis.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure ledger balances are accurate.
• Assist auditors by providing schedules and supporting evidence at year-end audits.
• Manage AR and AP functions daily.
• Monitor monthly collections and manage delinquent accounts.
• Maintain records of tenant payments, correspondence and billing.
• Maintain, control and reconcile petty cash and accounts receivable.
• Implement basic internal accounting controls to ensure accurate records.
• Ensure accounting documents are validated, matched and filed for audit-ready records.

About you
