Job summary

Talent Recruit represents a well-known oil and gas company in Puchong, seeking an Account Executive to join the team and manage end-to-end accounting processes.

The role covers full set accounting, invoicing, payments, GL maintenance, journal entries, reconciliations, budgeting, and financial analysis to support management decisions. Strong Excel skills and bilingual Mandarin/English are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting as required.
• 1–2 years of full set accounting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Able to communicate in Mandarin and English due to business nature.

Responsibilities

• Managing full set accounting.
• Process and record customer invoices.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable.
• Review and approve vendor invoices.
• Process payments to suppliers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date general ledger records.
• Post journal entries for various transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements with accounting records.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts
