Job summary

Pekat Teknologi Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Finance Executive (Mandarin-speaking preferred) to oversee the full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, costing and inventory.

You will prepare monthly management accounts and coordinate audits to ensure statutory and tax filings are accurate. The role requires a degree in accounting or finance with 4-5 years’ experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 4-5 years of working experience in the related field
• Handle full sets of Accounts inclusive management report.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, costing and inventory.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and treasury matters.
• Coordinate audits and preparation of statutory accounts and corporate tax filings.
• Prepare budgets and quarterly profit forecast and commentary report.
• Monitor cash flow and cash flow forecast.
• Assist for the AR collection.
• Prepare and analyse Profit and Loss statements (Monthly, YTD, vs Budget).
• Prepare asset, liability and capital account entries.
