Talent Recruit represents a professional corporate services provider seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to join the outsourcing office in Mount Austin, Johor Bahru. The role covers full sets of books, GST returns, payroll, tax computations, and monthly/year-end closings for clients.

Ideal candidates hold a Degree in Accountancy or ACCA/CIMA/ICAEW and have 2–3 years in public accounting, with English and Chinese language skills to liaise with China clients. Immediate availability is preferred.

Qualificações

• Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/ICAEW).
• Minimum 2–3 years accounting/audit experience in a public accounting firm.
• Familiar with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and Company Act.
• Proficient in Xero, MYOB, Navision and spreadsheets.
• Able to work independently and start immediately if possible.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full sets of books/accounts and financial reporting.
• Prepare and submit GST returns.
• Prepare yearly financial reports in XBRL format.
• Process monthly payroll computations and generate payroll reports.
• Prepare corporate tax computations.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Prepare and analyse financial statements and reports.
• Assist with budgets, forecasts and variance analysis.
• Support client portfolio management and deliver client reports.
