Qualifications

• Proven experience as Accounting Clerk, Data Entry Clerk, or similar role.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• Proficient in accounting software and MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-volume data entry of financial transactions from source documents into accounting software.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
• Assist with payroll processing and expense reimbursements.
• Maintain and update the general ledger.
• Prepare and file supporting documents for partners review.
• Ensure compliance with firm policies and accounting standards.
