Job summary

Presto Universal Construction Sdn Bhd is seeking a responsible Accounts Clerk to join our growing team in Malaysia. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with training provided to develop accounting skills and accuracy.

You will handle data entry, daily transactions, and support bank reconciliations while maintaining orderly filing and assisting the accounting team on ad-hoc tasks. Strong communication and willingness to learn are valued as you integrate into a small, collaborative finance

Qualifications

• Diploma, LCCI or equivalent qualification in Accounting/Finance.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions.
• Accurate data entry into accounting systems.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to work independently.
• Fresh graduates welcome and encouraged to apply.
• Working hours: Mon-Fri 9:30am-6:30pm with lunch break.

Responsibilities

• Update accounting records and enter data/journal entries.
• Record and maintain daily transactions.
• Manage petty cash transactions.
• Maintain filing of accounting documents.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and payments.
• Monitor outstanding payments and follow up with customers.
• Perform general administrative duties and support accounting team.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and special projects.
