We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support our day-
to-day accounting operations. You'll work closely with the Senior Accounts Executive and
management to maintain accurate financial records, process transactions, and ensure timely
completion of accounting and administrative duties. This is an excellent opportunity for

What You'll be doing
Accounting & Financial Operations
- Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing, payment records, and customer collections.
- Assist with month-end closing, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
- Prepare closing stock reports and assist with inventory reconciliation.
- Support the company's billing processes to ensure accurate and timely financial transactions.
- Assist with cash flow monitoring and bank reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate and organized accounting records.
Payroll & Administration
- Assist in monthly payroll processing, including attendance records, overtime calculations, and payroll reports.
- Maintain staff records and assist with statutory contributions and other related administrative matters.
- Support the preparation of management financial reports and statutory payment submissions, including SST.
Compliance & General Support
- Assist with year-end audit preparation, tax documentation, and other statutory requirements.
- Liaise with internal departments, auditors, banks, and external parties when required.
- Perform any ad-hoc accounting and administrative duties assigned by your superior.

Job Requirements
- Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in accounting are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
- Good written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
