You will handle accounts payable/receivable, month-end closings, stock reports, payroll, and compliance tasks as part of a growing manufacturing company that values learning, ownership, and precision.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance required or equivalent.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry are essential.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoice processing and payments.
• Support month-end closing, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Prepare closing stock reports and assist with inventory reconciliation.
• Support billing processes to ensure accurate financial transactions.
• Assist with cash flow monitoring and bank reconciliation.
• Maintain organized accounting records and assist with year-end audit preparation.
