Job summary

The ideal candidate holds an accounting degree (ACCA/MIA preferred) with at least 3 years of relevant experience and strong English communication skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and ensure timely submission of periodic statutory reports and management accounts in compliance with regulatory and company requirements

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts; monitor financial performance and highlight variances for management review

Maintain and improve accounting systems and processes; provide guidance and training to staff on system usage and financial procedures

Handle matters relating to audit, taxation, regulatory compliance, and internal controls to ensure adherence to statutory requirements

Verify and process payments, progress claims, and reimbursements

Liaise with bankers and financial institutions on banking facilities, documentation, and related matters

Support management in financial analysis, reporting, and ad-hoc assignments as required

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Possess a Degree in Accounting, ACCA/MIA Member, or a related discipline

At least 3 years of working experiences in a similar capacity

Strong time management and attention to detail

Proficiency in both written and spoken English

Willingness to work in Johor Bahru
