Apex Healthcare Berhad in Malaysia is seeking an Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations on-site in Kuala Selangor. The role covers recording financial transactions, maintaining ledgers, and preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

You will handle accounts payable and receivable, reconcile bank statements, assist in budgeting, and ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies.

• Analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify discrepancies, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Attention to detail, high level of accuracy, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work on-site in Kuala Selangor and maintain professional conduct and confidentiality in handling financial information.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., ACCA, CPA) are an advantage.
• Prior experience in accounting or finance, preferably within healthcare or a regulated industry, is beneficial.

Role Description

The Accountant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Selangor.
