Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.
• Develop and monitor budgets, cash flow projections, and financial forecasts.
• Ensure timely and accurate tax filing, including corporate income tax and withholding tax.
• Establish and maintain effective internal control systems to safeguard assets and mitigate risks.

Job description

Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with local regulations and accounting standards.

Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets, cash flow projections, and financial forecasts to support decision-making processes.

Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns, including corporate income tax, and withholding tax.

Internal Controls: Establish and maintain effective internal control systems to safeguard company assets, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.

Audit Coordination: Coordinate external audits, liaise with auditors, and address audit queries to facilitate the completion of audit engagements.

Financial Analysis: Conduct variance analysis, performance evaluation, and cost-benefit analysis to identify areas for improvement and support strategic initiatives.

Compliance and Regulatory Reporting: Stay abreast of regulatory changes, ensure adherence to statutory requirements, and prepare regulatory filings as necessary.

Job Requirement

Professional Certification: Possess a recognized professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or M/A.

Experience: Demonstrate at least 10 years of relevant experience in accounting, auditing, or financial.
