Job summary

X Consultancy Group specializes in corporate secretarial, accounting, taxation and business consulting, delivering tailored solutions for diverse clients. This role offers hands-on experience in managing full sets of accounts, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving automation to improve efficiency.

The successful candidate will have 3+ years in accounting, familiarity with MFRS/MPERS, and proficiency in Autocount, UBS, Xero and Excel, with strong English (Mandarin advantageous) to support

Qualifications

Degree in Accounting/Finance or ACCA/MICPA/CPA qualification with 3+ years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of MFRS, MPERS, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.
Experience with accounting software (Autocount, SQL, UBS, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Fluency in English and Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Prepare and manage full sets of accounts in compliance with MFRS, MPERS, and IFRS.
Ensure timely financial reporting, including tax computations and management reports.
Handle cash flow management, financial analysis, and provide client recommendations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (LHDN, SSM, SST, and withholding tax).
Optimize accounting processes using automation and digital solutions.
Liaise with auditors and tax authorities for compliance matters.
Provide financial advisory services and client support.
