Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking an Inventory Analyst to maintain accurate gold inventory records and perform daily stock checks in a high-security environment. You will coordinate with production, sales and procurement to move stock efficiently and help audits with precise documentation.

The role requires a Diploma/degree in business or related fields, with at least 2 years in inventory management, preferably in luxury goods. Strong Excel skills and integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, logistics or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in gold, jewelry or luxury goods.
• High level of integrity, responsibility and trustworthiness.
• Familiar with inventory management systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all gold items.
• Conduct daily stock checks and ensure alignment between physical stock and system records.
• Coordinate with production, sales and procurement on inventory movement.
• Ensure proper storage, handling and security of gold products according to policies.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies promptly.
• Monitor stock levels and alert management on low stock or overstock issues.
• Assist in internal and external audits of inventory.
• Prepare regular inventory reports and documentation for compliance purposes.
• Implement and uphold inventory control procedures to minimize risk and loss.
