Anygold Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a reliable Logistic & Dispatch Runner to support daily operations. You will handle inventory, arrange dealer pick-ups, and ensure accurate documentation and cash handling under supervision.

The role offers on-the-job training, a focus on integrity, and opportunities to contribute to secure and efficient dispatch processes across customers, dealers, refiners, and partners.

Qualifications

• Able to converse in Malay and English.

Responsibilities

• Check the Company's system daily to identify receivable items and outstanding pickups from dealers.
• Plan and carry out dealer pickups, collecting gold items and any related documents on the Company's behalf.
• Obtain proper acknowledgement and handover documentation for every collection.
• Deliver gold to customers, dealers, clearing partners, refiners, or other parties as instructed.
• Ensure all gold delivered matches the accompanying documentation and system records.
• Obtain and return signed receipts or acknowledgements for every delivery.
• Promptly hand over any collected payments, documents, or returned items to the office.
• Act as an authorised employee of the Company for cash-related transactions.
• Perform cash withdrawals and cash deposits at the bank on the Company's behalf.
• Transport cash securely and verify all amounts against records at every handover.
• Own transport preferred and travel for dispatch duties.
