Job summary

Haiyan Desheng Chemical Equipment Sdn Bhd in Pekan Nenas, Johor, is seeking an organized Accounts Officer to manage and maintain accounting records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable and the general ledger.

You will reconcile bank statements, prepare invoices, purchase orders, payment vouchers and payment advice; monitor outstanding payables and receivables; assist in budgeting, forecasts and monthly reporting to HQ in China.

• Reconcile bank statements and prepare invoices, purchase orders, payment vouchers and payment advices.
• Monitor outstanding payables and receivables and payment schedules.

Job description

Manage and maintain accounting records, including accounts payable and receivable, general ledger, and other financial data.

Reconcile bank statements and prepare invoice, purchase order, payment voucher and payment advice

Monitor outsanding payables, receivables and payment schedules.

Prepare proper filing of accounting documents and records

Perform other accounting and administrative duties assigned by the management

Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecast.

Monthly reporting to the General Manager and HQ in China.

Provide support during audits and tax preparation.

Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager

Able to possess a car to travel to the bank to submit documents
