Job summary

CUTI CUTI LANGKAWI SDN BHD in Kedah, Malaysia is seeking an experienced accountant to manage the full set of accounts and support financial reporting for an e-commerce hospitality business. Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.

Experience

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience.

Experience in the e-commerce, travel, hospitality, or service industries is preferred.

Hands-on experience in handling full set of accounts is an advantage.

Experience in liaising with external auditors, tax agents, bankers, and government authorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following experience will have an added advantage:

Full set of accounts and month-end/year-end closing.

Financial reporting and management reporting.

Bank, merchant, and payment gateway reconciliations.

Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

External audit and tax audit coordination.

E-commerce or online business accounting.

Travel, tourism, hospitality, or OTA (Online Travel Agency) industry experience.

Process improvement, SOP development, and accounting system implementation.

High-volume transaction processing and reconciliation.

Computer Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel

Experience with accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SQL Accounting)

Familiarity with online banking platforms, payment gateways, and financial reporting tools.
