Job summary

Quintus Search is seeking a dynamic sales/account manager in Cyberjaya, Malaysia to build strong client relationships, grow business, and meet sales quotas. You will collaborate with the solutions team on proposals and respond to client needs.

Job description

Role and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
• Develop business with new/existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas

• Oversee account growth through strategic planning, client engagement, and proactive communication.
• Identify and address client concerns, providing solutions and ensuring satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements

• Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with solutions team to provide proposal to client
• Prepare reports on account status
• Manage commercial and technical aspects of RFP / RFI responses
• To perform other works as instructed by superior when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field
• 2 to 3 years of sales and / or account management experience, preferably in Data Centre/Engineering industry

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and receiving positive customer feedback
• Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
• Satisfactory problem-solving skills to help resolve customer complaints or needs
• Time management and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and clients at once
• Advanced negotiation skills to close contracts
