Job summary

DK Motor Sdn Bhd is seeking an Account Manager to oversee the company’s financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, and support management with timely insights. The role covers full accounting, consolidation, regulatory compliance (LHDN, SST, MPERS), audits, and liaison with auditors, tax agents, and the company secretary to strengthen internal controls in the automotive business.

• Prepare and maintain full sets of accounts (AP, AR, GL, Bank Reconciliation, Journal Entries, etc.) accurately and timely
• Specialize in Consolidation Account
• Ensure proper closing of monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounts
• Prepare management reports, financial statements, and analysis for management review
• Reconcile inter-company and customer accounts
• Monitor and maintain asset registers and depreciation schedules
• Ensure compliance with LHDN, SST, MPERS Standard, and other regulatory requirements
• Handle corporate tax submissions, annual audits, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary and regulatory officers
• Review costing structures for automotive parts, accessories, and body & paint materials
• Assist in budget preparation and monitor expenditure against approved budgets

Job description

The Account Manager is responsible for overseeing the financial and accounting operations of the company, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance with statutory requirement, and supporting management with timely financial insights.
