Job summary

CT YONG MOTORS Sdn Bhd in Kamunting, Perak is seeking an Account Executive to support day-to-day financial operations and ensure accurate records. You will handle bookkeeping, data entry, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and monthly reports while assisting with tax returns and statutory filings.

This full-time role involves coordinating with senior staff to maintain compliance, providing essential administrative support to accounts, and contributing to smooth financial operations across the office.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounting software such as SQL accounting (preferred).
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility in handling clients' accounts.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax requirements.
• A team player with the ability to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle bookkeeping and data entry of company’s financial transactions into accounting software.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements for clients.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns and statutory filings.
• Provide administrative and clerical support related to accounts.
• Communicate and coordinate with senior account executive to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial information.

Working location: Kamunting, Perak

Working hours: Option A: Mondays to Fridays 9:30am to 6:30pm and Saturday: 9:30am to 2:30pm
Option B: Mondays to Fridays 8:30am to 6:30pm
