HR Pro Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Account Executive / Assistant to join our Bukit Jalil team in a full-time capacity. You will support accounting and bookkeeping operations for a growing client base and provide a range of financial services.

The role emphasizes budgeting, reporting, and accurate data entry, with opportunities for professional development in a collaborative, employee-centric environment.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in an accounting or bookkeeping role.
• Proficient with SQL and LegalSoft or similar software.
• Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to liaise with clients.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and process financial documents including invoices, bills, and accounts payable/receivable.
• Enter financial data into accounting software with accuracy.
• Compile financial reports and support regular reporting cycles for management.
• Assist with annual and monthly budget planning, tracking, and analysis.
• Post daily bookkeeping and postings of receipts and transactions.
• Verify and reconcile bank deposits and statements.
• Manage ledgers and office expenditures within budget.
• Review reports for accuracy and correct discrepancies in records.
• Support internal and external audit coordination and document verification.
• Handle accounting entries, accruals, and prepayments and maintain postings.
• Report on debtors and creditors and analyze revenue, costs and expenses.
• Prepare year-end analyses and financial statements with senior finance staff.
• Resolve issues in financial reporting and improve reporting methods.
• Assist with processing expense claims and maintaining financial databases.
• Support ad hoc finance-related tasks as assigned by management.
