Maybank in Malaysia seeks a dedicated professional to support the Renewal of accounts within the loan portfolio. You will accompany the Business Development Manager on site visits, monitor post-disbursement conditions, and ensure adherence to risk and SLA standards while assisting customers with credit-related needs.

The role involves coordinating across teams, processing proposals, and cross-selling banking products to strengthen client relationships and minimize attrition within the portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Experience supporting renewals for banking portfolios.
• Knowledge of MFRS9 risk and credit policy.
• Strong SLA-oriented service and communication.

Aufgaben

• Visit customer sites with BDM to gather renewal information.
• Monitor Post Disbursement Conditions.
• Manage WLs, SMAs and prevent impairments.
• Cross-sell and market loan products.
• Maintain cordial relationships with peers and units.
• Provide referrals to BDM during renewals.
• Process credit proposals within SLAs.
