Job summary

Today Bakeries Products (Klang) Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced accounts professional to manage the full set of accounts for a manufacturing company in Kapar, Selangor. Applicants should have a Diploma in Accounting or LCCI or equivalent, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and familiarity with Autocount software.

Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin is required to communicate with clients and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or LCCI or equivalent qualification.
• 3-5 years relevant experience.
• Knowledge in Autocount software would be an advantage.
• Language require: English, Malay and Mandarin.
• Able to handle full set accounts.
• Familiar with manufacturing account.

Responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts for a manufacturing company.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements.
• Manage daily accounting matters including AP, AR, general ledger and account reconciliation.
• Monitor cash flow and handle banking and finance-related matters.
• Prepare and process billing, invoices and payments.
• Monitor and manage e-Invoice submissions and ensure everything is up to date.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning.
• Check and reconcile accounts, including identifying and correcting errors in trial balances.
• Ensure proper filing and maintain accurate accounting records and documents.
• Assist with audits and work with external auditors, tax agents and relevant government authorities.
• Make sure all accounting work complies with company procedures and statutory requirements.
• Handle SST matters and ensure timely submission and compliance.

At least 3-5 years relevant experience.

5 days working, Mon-Thu 8:30am-6:00pm; Fri 8:30am-5:00 pm

Office located at Kapar, Selangor

Since 2017, we have begun to operate bakeries selling cakes, pastries and buns. Until today, we have 12 outlets operating in various supermarkets and hypermarkets around the Klang Valley.
