Private Advertiser is seeking an Accounts Manager to oversee monthly management reporting and financial analysis for the manufacturing sector. You will manage the full set of accounts, monitor inventories, and ensure timely audit schedules.
The role requires 3+ years of related experience, strong analytical and numeric abilities, and excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software is essential for day-to-day operations.
Responsible for preparation of monthly management reports and provide financial analysis to management.
Handle full set of accounts (preferable in manufacturing) and all general accounting function, inclusive of inventory monitoring, in an accurate and timely manner.
Responsible for monthly financial and year-end audit schedules.
Handle treasury matters, bank reconciliation and cash flow.
Liaise with auditors, tax agents and company secretary.
Coordinate and direct the development and preparation of budgets, forecasts, and projections.
Determine internal audit scope and develop annual plans.
To perform any ad-hoc assignments relating to management accounting issues.
JOB REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in other language will be an added advantage.
At least 3 Year(s) of related working experience in Manufacturing sector.
Strong analytical and reasoning abilities with superior numeric skills.
Possess well-developed interpersonal and communication, verbal, and written skills.
Must be highly motivated and have the ability to function independently and detail oriented.
Must be computer literate in MS Office Word and Excel.
Knowledge in accounting software is an advantage.
