• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data to senior management.
• Lead annual budgeting process with department heads and monitor performance.
• Oversee cash flow management, accounts payable and receivable.
• Maintain internal controls and coordinate audits.
• Manage and develop the finance team and set performance goals.
• Support strategic initiatives including due diligence for mergers/acquisitions.
