Job summary

Cenfotec Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a diligent Finance/Accounting Assistant to support daily financial operations.

You will file and maintain financial documents, perform data entry in SQL Accounting, check invoices, and help with bank reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in filing and maintaining financial documents, including invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and other accounting records.
• Assist in data entry and updating accounting records using SQL Accounting.
• Assist in checking and matching invoices, receipts, purchase orders and payment documents.
• Assist in preparing bank reconciliation and bank-related documents.
• Assist in organising documents for monthly accounts, audit and tax purposes.
• Assist the Finance Department with general administrative and clerical tasks.
• Perform other finance-related tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Start Date: 1 November 2026 onwards
Working Arrangement: Full-time
