Tomei Consolidated Berhad, a Bursa Malaysia listed jeweller, is seeking a Property Management Executive in Kuala Lumpur to oversee day-to-day administration of rental properties.
You will manage tenancy lifecycle, rental collections, and financial reporting, coordinating with tenants, service providers, and internal teams to ensure compliant, customer-focused operations.
The role requires at least 1 year of relevant experience, with strong Excel skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.
This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of the Company's rental properties, ensuring efficient tenancy management, timely rental collection, and accurate financial reporting. The successful candidate will work closely with internal departments, tenants, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth property operations while maintaining high standards of customer service and regulatory compliance.
Manage the full tenancy lifecycle, including tenancy agreements, tenant move-ins, renewals, and move-outs.
Issue e-Invoices, monitor rental collections, and follow up on outstanding payments to ensure timely collection of rental income.
Coordinate maintenance, renovation, and improvement works with internal departments, contractors, and service providers.
Maintain accurate records of tenancy agreements, rental income, security deposits, maintenance expenses, and property-related documentation.
Prepare monthly reports on occupancy rates, rental collections, maintenance costs, arrears, and overall property performance.
Ensure compliance with company policies, tenancy agreements, and relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
Respond to tenants' enquiries and coordinate the resolution of tenancy and property-related matters.
Perform other finance and property administration duties as assigned.
Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience.
Good understanding of tenancy administration, rental collection processes, and property management practices.
Familiarity with e-Invoicing requirements and property management systems will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and priorities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel.
A responsible, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
