DILIGENT CONSULTANTS SDN. BHD. is seeking a detail-oriented Account Executive to manage accounting for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy, statutory compliance, and timely delivery of services.

You will handle full sets of accounts, prepare management accounts, perform reconciliations, and support audits for diverse clients. Mandarin ability is a bonus; 1–2 years of experience preferred.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in accounting or finance is required.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Experience handling full sets of accounts preferred.
• Familiarity with SST, payroll processing, and Malaysian statutory requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with SQL, AutoCount, Bukku, or Xero.

Responsabilidades

• Handle full sets of accounts for assigned clients, including bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and month-end closing.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, financial statements, and supporting schedules.
• Perform bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable reconciliations, and other accounting adjustments.
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Prepare audit schedules, reconciliations, and supporting financial documents.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other relevant parties when required.
