About the role

My Artlife Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our growing team in Shah Alam, Selangor. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to develop and maintain client relationships whilst managing accounting and bookkeeping functions. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of our accounting services whilst building strong partnerships with our clients. This position sits at the heart of our operations, directly contributing to client satisfaction and the financial success of the firm.

What you'll be doing

• Managing and maintaining ongoing relationships with assigned client accounts
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements, tax returns, and accounting records
• Performing bookkeeping tasks including reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance
• Assisting clients with accounting queries and providing guidance on financial matters
• Ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
• Coordinating with other team members to ensure timely delivery of accounting services
• Identifying opportunities to expand services and cross-sell additional offerings to existing clients
• Maintaining detailed documentation and records for all client accounts
• Supporting the preparation of month-end and year-end closing procedures

What we're looking for
