Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end accounting services for the assigned client portfolio.
• Experience in handling full set of accounts is an advantage.
• Review complex accounting matters and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Manage key client relationships, including enquiries, escalations, and business discussions.
• Monitor team performance, workload, and service delivery.
• Coach, mentor and develop accounting team members.
• Ensure accounting practices comply with relevant standards and company policies.
• Monitor department performance and provide updates to senior management.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Executive to lead the accounting team and oversee service delivery for a portfolio of SME. The role involves managing client relationships, reviewing accounting matters, ensuring service quality, and developing the accounting team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end-to-end accounting services for the assigned client portfolio

Experience in handle Full set account is an advantages

Review complex accounting matters and provide technical guidance to the team

Manage key client relationships, including enquiries, escalations, and business discussions

Job Requirements

Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, Tax or a related field

ACCA, CIMA, MIA, or equivalent professional qualification is added advantages

At least 3-5 years' relevant experience, including team management

Experience managing SME industry client portfolios

Management Services / accounting firm background preferred

Strong leadership, client management, and problem-solving skills
