Responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and month-end closing.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial reports.
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
• Process and reconcile intercompany transactions, ensuring all reconciling items are properly investigated and cleared.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper filing of financial documents.
• Ensure accounting records and financial reporting comply with approved accounting standards and statutory requirements.
• Assist in preparing schedules and supporting documents for external audits, tax submissions, and statutory reporting.
• Perform data entry and maintain accounting information in the accounting system accurately.
• Handle general administrative and office duties related to the finance and accounts function.
• Perform other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned by the Director.
