Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Executive or sales role.
• Proven track record in client relationships and sales.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking.
• Proficient in SQL Accounting and Microsoft Office.
• Adaptable and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Proactively identify new business opportunities and pitch our products and services to potential clients.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding your sales targets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Analyse market trends and client needs to develop tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records and provide regular progress reports to management.
• Prepare and submit tax estimates and annual tax return.
• Handle SST matters including registration and submission of SST.
