Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with accounting software such as SQL accounting (preferred).
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility in handling clients' accounts.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax requirements.
• A team player with the ability to work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle bookkeeping and data entry of company’s financial transactions into accounting software.
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries.
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements for clients.
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns and statutory filings.
• Provide administrative and clerical support related to accounts.
• Communicate and coordinate with senior account executive to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial information.
