Job summary

CT YONG MOTORS Sdn Bhd is looking for a talented Account Executive to join our Kamunting, Perak office. In this full-time role, you will provide essential support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.

You will handle bookkeeping, data entry and monthly financial reporting using accounting software (SQL accounting preferred). You will maintain ledgers, assist with tax filings and coordinate with senior staff while paying close attention to detail and working as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with SQL accounting software preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility in handling clients' accounts.
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax requirements.
• A team player who can work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle bookkeeping and data entry of company’s financial transactions into accounting software
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements for clients
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns and statutory filings
• Provide administrative and clerical support related to accounts
• Communicate and coordinate with senior account executive to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial information

Working hours: Option A: Mondays to Fridays 9:30am to 6:30pm and Saturday: 9:30am to 2:30pm
Option B: Mondays to Fridays 8:30am to 6:30pm
