You will handle end-to-end accounting, cash flow planning, and monthly reporting to management, ensuring compliance with company policies. Strong attention to detail and communication skills are essential in this role.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting or equivalent with 5–8 years' experience.
• Proficient in accounting software with strong numerical skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial records.
• Good communication and stakeholder liaison skills.
• Familiarity with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and generate reports.
• Plan and monitor cash flow, funding and budgets.
• Manage end-to-end financial processes: close, reconciliations, and collections/payments.
• Provide monthly financial information to management.
• Ensure accounting systems and controls comply with company policy.
• Establish internal controls to improve reporting accuracy.

• Assist with ad-hoc tasks from other departments.

CK BUILDING SOLUTIONS SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our team based in Bukit Jelutong, Selangor. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records and supporting our overall accounting operations.

Job Description

• Handle full set of accounts and generate relevant reports
• Plan and control the company's cash flow, funding and budget allocation
• Control and manages end-to-end financial processes in support of the account which includes collections, payments, monthly close activities and balance sheet reconciliation
• Provide and interpret the monthly financial information and operating reports to the Management
• Ensuring all accounting systems, practices, controls and procedures are fully compliance with company policy
• Establish effective internal control procedures to improve accounting and reporting systems
• Ensure all the accounting records are properly updated and reconciled in the accounting system
• Liaise with Internal and External Auditors, Tax Agent, Legal, Bankers and etc.
• Assist on any ad-hoc tasks required by others department

Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma of Accounting or equivalent with at least 5 - 8 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in the use of accounting software
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to priorities tasks effectively
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial records
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise with various stakeholders
• Familiarity with relevant accounting standards and regulations
