Job summary

CT YONG MOTORS Sdn Bhd is seeking an Account Executive to join our Kamunting, Perak office. You will handle bookkeeping, maintain records, and prepare financial statements for clients, ensuring accuracy and timely tax filings.

Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, capable of independent work, and comfortable with Malaysian accounting standards. This full-time role supports our expanding operations across multiple branches.

Qualifications

• Experience with accounting software such as SQL accounting (preferred).
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility in handling clients' accounts
• Basic knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax requirements
• A team player with the ability to work independently when needed

Responsibilities

• Handle bookkeeping and data entry of company's financial transactions into accounting software
• Maintain accurate records of accounts payable/receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
• Prepare monthly management reports and financial statements for clients
• Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns and statutory filings
• Provide administrative and clerical support related to accounts
• Communicate and coordinate with senior account executive to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial information

Working hours: Option A: Mondays to Fridays 9:30am to 6:30pm and Saturday: 9:30am to 2:30pm
Option B: Mondays to Fridays 8:30am to 6:30pm
