Job summary

Toyomi Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is seeking an Account Assistant / Account Executive to join the Finance team in Balakong, Selangor. You will handle daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and assist with month-end/year-end closings.

Ideal candidates have an accounting qualification (LCCI/Diploma/Degree) and are detail-oriented, with the ability to work both independently and in a team. Immediate/short notice availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• LCCI/Diploma/Degree in Accounting or related field.
• Accounting working experience is an added advantage.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Immediate/short notice availability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior / handle daily accounting transactions and documentation
• Assist senior / handle bank reconciliation and records
• Assist senior / handle month-end and year-end closing processes
• Support daily finance and accounting operations
• Prepare monthly financial reports (Experienced role)
• Manage full set of accounts independently (Experienced role)
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and internal departments when required
