Job summary

ELEGANT CLASS SDN. BHD. in Penang seeks a finance professional to handle full sets of accounts and month-end closing, ensuring timely monthly reports.

You will liaise with vendors, company secretary, auditors, tax agents, and bankers to resolve finance matters. Fresh graduates can apply for junior roles; experienced candidates may fit senior roles. Knowledge of MBRS, MIRTS, E-Invoice is an added advantage; Mandarin language skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• SPM/STPM/Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields.
• Mandarin language ability preferred due to job nature.
• Fresh graduates welcome for junior role; 2–3 years for senior role.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts and month-end closing.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and related tasks.
• Liaise with vendors, secretary, auditors, tax agents and bankers.
• Perform tasks as instructed by Finance Manager.

Job description

Handle full sets of accounts and ensure smooth month-end closing, timely preparation of monthly financial reports, and other finance-related matters.

Liaise with internal departments and external parties including vendors, company secretary, auditors, tax agents, and bankers to resolve finance-related matters.

Perform any other tasks or assignments as instructed by the Finance Manager

Job Requirements :

SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

Preferably able to speak and write Mandarin due to job nature.

Willing to work at Bukit Mertajam or Georgetown .

Junior Role:

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Good communication skills, willingness to learn, and a positive working attitude.

Senior Role:

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience and able to handle a full set of accounts independently.

Competent, well-organized, and able to meet tight deadlines and reporting schedules.

Knowledge of accounting principles, E-Invoice, MBRS, MIRTS is an added advantage.

Good communication skills, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
