Job summary

GET A FLOOR SDN BHD is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join our Seri Kembangan, Selangor team on a full-time basis. You will maintain accurate financial records and provide essential bookkeeping support for our growing flooring and interior solutions business.

Key duties include processing transactions, reconciling accounts, payroll, and assisting with budgeting and reporting. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of relevant experience and a solid knowledge of Malaysian accounting

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 2–4 years' bookkeeping or small practice accounting experience.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Record and process financial transactions including AP/AR.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements and GL accounts.
• Manage invoicing and billing for clients and projects.
• Assist in preparation of financial statements for management review.
• Support audit processes with organised documentation.
• Process payroll and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Interface with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries.
• Maintain accounting systems with data accuracy and integrity.
• Support month-end and year-end closing and budgeting activities.
