Job summary

COSHARE HOLDINGS BERHAD in Kota Damansara, Selangor, is seeking an Account Executive to join our full-time accounting team. You will manage client accounts, ensure accurate financial records, and support bookkeeping operations across our services.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, proficiency with accounting software, and the ability to liaise with clients to gather required documentation. Malaysian tax knowledge and ACCA/LCCI qualifications are preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years in bookkeeping, accounting, or similar role.
• Proficiency with accounting software and cloud-based platforms.
• Knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate financial records for client accounts using accounting software.
• Prepare and reconcile bank statements, ledgers, and trial balances regularly.
• Process invoices, expenses, and payments per company policies.
• Liaise with clients to gather financial documentation for bookkeeping tasks.
• Perform month-end and year-end closings with reconciliations and adjustments.
• Generate financial reports and statements for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with tax preparation and compliance documentation as required.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide accounting support.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records through analysis.
• Maintain confidentiality and data security for client information.
