Tri Creative Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking an Account Executive to join our Kuala Lumpur team in Publika. This full-time role supports accounting and bookkeeping operations, liaising with clients and the finance team to ensure accurate transactions and timely reporting.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of accounting experience, proficiency with Xero, and strong organizational skills. We offer a competitive salary, bonuses, career development, and a supportive work environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Proficient in using Xero.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Relevant degree or professional qualification preferred.

Mansioni

• Maintain and reconcile financial records including AP/AR and bank statements.
• Assist with preparation of financial reports, statements, and analyses.
• Provide excellent client service and respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely processing of transactions.
• Support implementation of accounting policies to improve efficiency.
• Perform data entry, filing, and other admin tasks.
