Qualifications

• Day-to-day bookkeeping and financial record maintenance.
• Ability to prepare and review financial reports and statements.
• Experience with tax compliance and regulatory requirements in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Record and post financial transactions in accounting systems.
• Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
• Maintain organized financial records, invoices and receipts.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• Oversee payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal departments on billing inquiries.
• Support tax preparation and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Identify and resolve accounting errors and discrepancies.
• Support management with financial analysis and summaries.
