Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience is an advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Support Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR) functions as assigned.
• For AP: Process supplier invoices, payment vouchers, payment schedules, and supplier reconciliations.
• For AR: Prepare invoices, monitor outstanding balances, follow up on collections, and perform customer reconciliations.
• Perform bank, supplier, and customer account reconciliations.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
• Assist with month-end closing and preparation of accounting reports.
• Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, customers, and relevant parties on accounting matters.
• Assist with audit, tax, and other finance-related requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Management.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to join our Account & Corporate Finance Division. The successful candidate will support daily accounting operations and may be assigned to either Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR) based on business requirements and individual strengths. The role involves managing accounting transactions, documentation, reconciliations, payments or collections, and ensuring accurate and timely financial records.

Key Responsibilities

Handle daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.

Support Accounts Payable (AP) or Accounts Receivable (AR) functions as assigned.

For AP: Process supplier invoices, payment vouchers, payment schedules, and supplier reconciliations.

For AR: Prepare invoices, monitor outstanding balances, follow up on collections, and perform customer reconciliations.

Perform bank, supplier, and customer account reconciliations.

Verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.

Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.

Assist with month-end closing and preparation of accounting reports.

Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, customers, and relevant parties on accounting matters.

Assist with audit, tax, and other finance-related requirements.

Perform other duties assigned by the Management.
