About the role

As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting. This is a full-time position that offers the opportunity to contribute to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing and maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and general ledger entries
• Processing invoices, expense claims, and other financial transactions in a timely manner
• Generating financial reports and statements to support decision-making processes
• Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure financial data is accurate and aligned with the company's objectives
• Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed

What we're looking for

• A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Accounting and Auditing industry
• Strong proficiency in financial accounting software and Microsoft Office applications
