Job summary

Anverson Nutraceutical Laboratories Sdn Bhd in Melaka is seeking a diligent accounts professional to manage full set of accounts and prepare timely financial reports. This role includes bank reconciliations, AR/AP processing, and assisting external auditors during year-end audits.

Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts and generate timely, relevant financial reports
• Prepare monthly accounting reports, including cash flow statements and variance analysis
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and ensure all ledger balances are accurate
• Assist external auditors by providing schedules and supporting evidence during year-end audits
• Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions daily
• Monitor monthly collections and manage delinquent accounts
• Maintain accurate records of tenant payments, correspondence, and billing
• Maintain, control, and reconcile petty cash and accounts receivable
• Implement and maintain basic internal accounting controls to ensure accurate financial records
• Ensure all accounting documents are accurately validated, matched, and filed systematically to maintain audit-ready records at all times
