KLANGGROUP is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the full set of accounts and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports. The role covers AP, AR, FA, JE, CM, GL, and related accounting operations in a property development setting.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, has at least 1 year of relevant experience, and can lead a team. Fresh graduates are welcome; Mandarin fluency is preferred for communication with stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the full set of accounts, including monthly, quarterly and annual management reports.
• Handle all aspects of accounting operations (AP, AR, FA, JE, CM, GL, etc.).
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and monitoring of actual performance vs budget.
• Monitor progress billings and collections for property sales; ensure timely settlements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including tax and audit.

Responsibilities :

• Manage the full set of accounts, including the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual management reports.
• Handle all aspects of accounting operations, including AP, AR, FA, JE, CM, GL & etc.
• Assist in project budgeting and forecasting processes, and monitoring of actual performance against budget.
• Monitor the progress billings & collections related to property sales; ensure timely settlement of project claims in accordance with agreed terms.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including Accounting, Tax, Audit & etc.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, bankers, authorities & etc relating to the works.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records.
• Other duties and assignments are to be assigned by the Management as and when necessary.

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related qualifications.
• Minimum 1 years of working experience in related field.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team, with the ability to inspire and drive performance.
• Experience in handling full set of accounts is preferable.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates fluent in Mandarin preferred as job role is required to communicate in Mandarin.
