Job summary

Dynaciate Engineering in Malaysia seeks an experienced accounting professional to monitor daily cash flow, handle petty cash, prepare monthly payments, verify invoices and assign expenses to cost centers.

The role requires at least 3 years in accounting, a Diploma in Accounting or Cost Accounting (LCCI), and fluent Mandarin for client communications. This is an on-site role in Pasir Gudang.

Qualifications

• LCCI Diploma in Accounting required.
• LCCI Diploma in Cost Accounting required.
• Minimum 3 years experience in accounting.
• Able to work independently.
• Good communication and correspondence skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash flow and petty cash handling.
• Check accounting classifications, bills and invoices for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare monthly payments to subcontractors, vendors and staff claims.
• Assign expenses to cost centers.
• Verify half-monthly labour and sub-contractor claims.
• Prepare monthly, annual and other periodic financial statements and reports.
• Prepare annual audit accounts and schedules.
• Liaise with auditors and tax agents / bankers.
• Update monthly project status and payments.
• Performs related work as assigned.
