Responsibilities
- Assist in handling Payment Voucher (PV) and Official Receipt (OR) entries.
- Prepare and update Accounts Receivable (AR) Aging Reports.
- Follow up with customers on outstanding payments and collections.
- Assist in monthly and ad-hoc financial reporting.
- Support HR functions such as attendance records and staff claims.
- Assist with inventory tracking and stock reconciliation.

Job Responsibility
