Job summary

LINKTAL SDN. BHD. is seeking an Account Executive to join the finance team and support daily accounting and financial operations across an international trading business in Kuala Lumpur.

You will collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate record-keeping and effective cash flow management, helping operations run smoothly in a dynamic, global environment. The role offers a competitive salary up to RM6,500 with incentives and medical insurance.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in accounting, audit, or a related finance role.
• Familiarity with accounting operations and financial documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily accounting operations including AP, AR, bank reconciliation, and payment processing
• Handle trade finance and banking facilities documentation, liaising with bankers and financiers
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, forecasting, and financial controls to support business operations
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, logistics providers, and internal departments on finance-related matters
• Prepare financial documentation, maintain proper records, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and external authorities
